does search engines prevent pharmacies or anything related to get high ranking positions? (SERP's)?????? i mean i want to start promoting some meds as a affiliate but don't know i don't see too much competition on the first ranking positions, when they should be all taken.
Are you talking about PPC or SEO? none of the big search engines will allow any kind of pharmacy to advertise PPC, unless you apply for their pharmacy approval program which can be very expensive.
Easy to get rankings if you have a ton of automated black hat tools, can use a variety of domains, can afford to buy domains that are 5 years old or older in the industry. If you can do all of this, then shouldn't be too much of a problem. Make sure your black hat tools are getting you thousands of backlinks as that is what you are competing against.
If your are really serious about promoting pharmacy affiliates through your website, I would like to suggest you to before applying to any merchant check their shipping method, demography, T&C and more over their order processing system. If you understand the industry and the pharmacy work flow you can make a good amount of money with them. There are some affiliates pay on leads as well with 2-tier commission.
