Is Jesus God? IMO no. He is the manifestation of God though..

I can't speak for everyone else, but I am a christian, and if I am going to be a Christian, then I should know my religion...

 

Someone's pretty angry at God. I don't know what your problem is, or why you are so angry, but I am sure it will pass once you figure it out. If you want help, just ask, there are a lot of people here that can pray for you.

 

He has been asking, we answer, he pays no attention and asks again, we answer...its a never ending cycle...I like your idea, we will pray for him.

 

Use your logic, God is the Most Powerful, Merciful, Intelligent, GREATEST and sooo much more GOOD things bout Him. He is the ONE. He is sooooo perfect that when we see him we cant even tell how perfect he is. He is way too perfect than any human's physical looks and if God is like human, he aint God then. He dont have sons, brothers or mothers. HE IS ONE.

 

I appreciate your quest for God and godliness. But do you have to show it by bumping a year-old thread?

 

Msyaz if god is all powerful then anything is possible with god. If this is so then jesus can be god and jesus can be his son at the same time. IF you dont believe this is possible then you dont believe that god is all powerful.
Think about that one.

But then one could start making up things like.
God can create as many other Gods like Himself as He wishes and etc. Not very much logical.
I would understand it: With God all positive things are possible.

So why not answer this question: since you believe Jesus is fully "human" at the same time that he is fully "God", and of course like "normal" humans he eats and drinks, does God go to the toilet?

Even historians will tell you that Jesus was not crucified for preaching, but for claiming he was God. Read John 8:57-59 as a reference for why many non-believers disliked him, John 10:30-33 also.

Other references of Jesus implying he is God: John 13:12-14; John 14:6-9

Jesus says "My Father who is in Heaven". It is obvious he meant God is His Father.

Matthew 12:50
"because whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."

There are many cases in the New Testament where it is quite obvious, that Jesus came to do the will of His Father=God. Though Jesus could use great deal of Divine Powers, they are given to Him by the will of God.

A father can give full authority over his businesses to his son, but that does not make the son=father in absolute terms.

 

Thank you for running around the bush and proving my point by not answering the question. I had expected that a person at the level of your intelligence would be quite adamant about not responding in the affirmative or negative. After all, who would want to admit that their God took a shit in the toilet?

Anyone else would like to answer the question honestly? An inquiring mind would like to know. Quite a shame, really, that someone missed the sarcasm which was obvious in the last line.
