Site Administration tools

Hi. I'm not sure whether this is an appropriate place to post my question.

I´m looking for a software to have control and administrate sites servers, to hava a look on models, serials, location and is possible performance, temperatures, disk status,..... the problem is that I have a sevaral like dell, hp, sun and diferents models.

I have no idea on where to start
