Nope I don't know if I was cheated but paypal is still working on it so I guess I'll have to wait for them to resolve it.

And it definitely wasn't the same user.

Did they resolve ur issue by now?

probably nothing...as paypal always decides in favor of the seller (they say they cant get involved) when its an INTANGIBLE good

so if its a "service" like what OP sold, they can't DISPUTE with paypal..however too many disputes makes paypal freeze an account

if the person paid with credit card then they can still chargeback/reverse the charges

Your first step should be POSTED This scam http://www.ripoffreport.com.....
Then publish the website name and other details of that person, so that other may be awear of him.

next time, make sure no one buys traffic from seokool

    He's a scammer!

He just sent me 15000 uniques of spam traffic and didnt refund. I asked for a refund or id leave negative feedback. He blankly refused so i left neg feedback and he gave me it back.

    watch out for this character.

if it doesnt convert for you its not spam traffic.
and how you tell its spam traffic when you get traffic from other adult tgp and mgp.
and you provide all the evidence before you abuse anyone as scammer.
the traffic converted really good for other users.
i sent you 300 visits extra so that sick pepole like Y*U dont complain that they dint receive all the traffic.
and you try to find a new way to cheat me blaming the traffic is spam.

Untangible items are not covered under Paypal and they will usually favor the seller because of it. The only way for the buyer to really get you is if he files a chargeback with his CC company, in which case Paypal will forcefully process the chargeback vs. you. Nothing you can do in that case :(
