    I'm confused. Anaplas used a picture of the Hulk, that's an original image? I bet he didn't draw it himself. Check this pic:

    Well Dude...that was not aimed at you...I was just speaking in general. You are right..the internet is full of it but just because e1 is doing it doesn't make it ok. It is not only wrong it is illegal. Bigger people than us have had to pay out millions for playing on someone elses design. There are royality free images available on the internet that are free to use. Google search will produce plenty of sites that have them. For those that don't want to go to all that trouble, any software that is own your computer contains clipart that is yours to use for whatever if you purchased the software. Microsoft Office is a good example. Anyone with a little artistic ability can tweet the images in ways to make it look fresh and new.

    L3fty -- How cool that little apple guy is floating on a paper. Love it! Font, flag, school... all very nicely done.

    Luvlee -- You never cease to amaze me. The superhero is fantastic-- what an improvement with the colors. Font, schoolhoue look good. Grasses = nice detail. And I like the way it belnds into the natural background of the site.

    Okay, you're right about the Hulk. It is a copyrighted character. I goofed here and anaplas got his money. I'm not taking the money back-- lucky him-- he gets 5 bucks.

    I still owe l3fty an earlybird bonus.

    And, since the Hulk shouldn't have counted, that makes Katesrobyn our other $5 earlybird. (I'll need your paypals Katesrobyn and L3fty.)

    But, no SemiPerfectus... I'm not giving you 5 bucks for posting pictures of Spiderman and Captain Underpants.

    Now that we have the early bird figured out, I'd like to continue this thread with the people who are taking this contest seriously by submitting their own artwork.

    Sorry for the negativity everyone... Not trying to make this into an argument. I want to be fair to everyone here. Now let's keep it positive from here on out. :)

    Grow up and start act more professional - otherwise nobody will take you seriously. At least l3fty is creating his own artwork, not just searching for images on the internet - doesn't take much skill to do that!

    L3fty is also widely considered to be one of the better mascot artists on this forum, so I think your comments are unfounded.

    I agree with Davey. Unless you show yourself to be a origianl artist and not go to a stock photo site as well as can take criticism then that shows professionalism.
    This thread should be about the contest.

    I have to say I like l3fty's entry. Especially how he really cleaned it up so far. I look forward to seeing what else he can do. :D
