    Yeah. Incoming links are very important. But it is hard to get incoming links.
    That's why this site get PR5.

    Several factors made google give that site PR5:
    - very strong backlinks
    - Domain age - 12 years
    - DMOZ listed (Google made its directory based on dmoz)
    - Dedicated ip not frequently change for that domain name.

    It is either you don't know much about seo or you just promoting your own site like someone is saying. Either case I hope we learn something. :)

    yup, the main site only shows one page
    does not mean that site only has one page :)

    like this site i am promoting with
    you can only access through few pages
    but there is a lot of hidden pages
    for example for webmaster ect .. :)

    PR is based on valuable links linked to that site
