Ashoke Banerjee SEO scam - beware of fraud

Rapidhunter if you didnt read the thread you will see that ashoke was right and his site is actually ranking in google 21, please read before you post, thanks.

 

A good seo job would give you stable ranking such horrible fluctuation is a work of a novice ! Don't touch him with a mile long pole !

 

Now, don't take this the wrong way; don't you think the SEO himself should of provided the proper way to check the rankings "before" this issue started? I mean, I provide the tools via my own backend using shell accounts (when needed for geographical searches) to let them view their current rankings. Now, in my opinion is problems on both sides.... plain and simple lack of communication. I would never let a client reach this stage of disatisfaction. If he lost the client it's due to poor customer service, not results.

 

I'd have to agree in the terms of if I was judging his work based on the optimization of his own site!

he has many sites on his portfolio that are in a stable top 10 position in his portfolio which i dont see any other seo on this forum providing, plus he tried to show him how to search for it, but the client was so stubborn that he wouldnt listen even when he showed him. All he saw was that it wasnt ranking from his denmark server. Now u as an seo know that you have also had clients that are so hard to work with. He not only gave him weekly link reports but also took his recial slanders towards indians and others and acted very calmly . I would like to see any of you seo's take this nonsense and still be as calm as ashoke. The fact is that he has many many satisfied clients because the deals he gives, no other seo would do and i would put his portfolio up against any seo's on here.

I have known him for 3 years and the only thing i blame him for is for being too nice.

He provided wekkly reports not only of links but also of keyword ranking when it started to rank.

Id be getting basic on-page stuff like this fixed up before worrying about links and sending bots to a badly optimized site.

 

I'm subscribed to the thread and feel like avoiding my own work, so I ran a quick BL check on your site. You have 8404 backlinks according BackLink watch.

Now, when running the report, it appears as if the pages have no PR. However, checking a random selection, I found several 3's and 4's.

I have no idea which links you developed yourself, so it is impossible to be sure which are which.

But if you are using a PR tool on the links, it may not be showing PR.
Also, if your link is on a newly created page, it will not show page rank until the next update, although it can immediately benefit in the SERPs. In these cases, check the PR of the home page to get a feel for if the site is ranking or not.

All links help, with or without PR, as long as they are indexed and cached. It looks like Ashoke's strategy is based on quantity, which goes against popular wisdom but may be just as effective.

In the end, every time your anchor text gets indexed with your link, it helps your SERP for that term.

 

he should and instead of telling his client to defend himself and work as his press secretary, he should drop by to defend himself as well. i appreciate pingpong's loyalty as a client and that he finds it in his heart to defend his SEO but we do see often whenever someone has to defend their name or maintain public relation, they drop by on the forum and participate on the thread. Joel Comm does that all the time, Lee Dodd dropped by to clear up confusion and to acknowledge his purchase of V7n. if high profile people like them can join the thread to maintain public relation, why ashoke would tell his client to actively participate in a thread and practically baby-sit it?

i never heard of ashoke before this thread but i did a little research and see that he has not only rude manner but also maintains lousy client relation. i'm amazed to see a person with that kind of manner having such a client loyalty who would defend him for years.

Yes. I would expect to see different unique titles for each page. Specially if they have a different 'product' listed on them

His main concern as a keyword ranker are the keywords hes given. He does link building and does it better then these bashers here. He has never bothered to seo his own site and i told him to start doing it as he will not need to deal with bashers like u guys.

Technojuice im waiting for your portfolio, my guess is you dont even have ONE KEYWORD that u got ranked in the top 10.

Sultan of seo, i am defending him because hes right, pure and simple and 500 bucks for an seo job for 6 months is an insult anyways. He has always been nice to me and 90% of his clients. IF you dont believe me lets compare portfolios of his and yours. Its that simple. You see im trying to get to the proof but you guys are bashing? Why is that? because u dont have his portfolio, instead u bring up a 2 or 3 year old conversation.

 

I have seen the portfolio and if it's indeed his portfolio then the work is impressive. But as far as I understand this does 'JUST' link building. Because it's evident that his "on page" SEO doesn't put him in good light..

 

Well, i wouldn't go that far there's some seriously good SEO's who are members on DP.

 

@sweetfunny: I was going to site your example and show him one of the toughest keywords that you rank for ) I am hoping to see your Ringtones site on first page soon.. You said in one of the posts that it should be possible to rank for it in short time ( I think it was less than 3-4 months).

sweet im talking about these amateurs that are bashing a guy. Jitandragg, yes its his portfolio and thats why i have supplied phone numbers and emails. You see how much trouble one guy could cause about something he was 100% wrong on and a few jealous seo's. Look as far as tags my webmaster lady can do tags and shes a rookie at best. For what he provides no seo can do for this price and he has proven it time in and time out.

At the end of this year he wont need to deal with this bs anymore as im making a huge project with him and he will be a 50% partner. This is complete bs.

after all the hardwork ashoke did he ends up taking blame for optimizing keyword " offshore company" into no 21 of google http://www.certuscorporateservice.com/ which is Ironic since he is one of the few good guys out there in the seo world who doesnt charge an arm and a leg and its a shame that i proved he was wrong and still the bashers will always find something to bash. i was born from parents that came from a tiny mountain village of 3000 people, I wasnt raised to have hidden intentions in my heart and ashoke is the same way.

I also have seen some of ashoke rankings and do not know how he got them.

He must be one hard working guy to get them.
