You might want to reevaluate your plan because the one who 'shares' their paypal account with you would certainly be in violation of Paypal's Acceptable Usage Policy and may get their account limited or terminated. You are deemed the merchant. If you do not send the goods or if there is any complains, the one who receives money for you is solely responsible.
yeah sure, you could advertise loads of expensive stuff that you don't have, eg range rover, lot of 50 gold sovereigns ect then I get the money in my paypal account and send to you, then you do a bunk, and a week later I've got 20 paypal disputes for non receipt of goods...and you've got all the money, I get people knocking on my door and you go off for 5 years to Thailand ! anyone willing to do this must be bonkers !
You would be better off getting a bank account in another current, I believe theres a few companies that offer this and use this to get a PayPal account yourself.
And why is the reason you cannot get your own paypal account? This is a violation of the Paypal TOS. But if someone is going to do it... I would keep the funds in the paypal account till the buyer has received his merchandise and leaves feedback so you know its ok to proceed. This sounds fishy to me. I am still wondering why he can't get his own Paypal account.
That was a joke. I lived in the middle east and know what is safe and what is not. Sounds like a scam to me anyways. With or without the Egyptian part.
