    Do you understand yourself?
"What I mean is that if you understand why you think in some way and why you do things the way you do them.
This question is very broad and that is the meaning. Express whatever you can understand. All of us can see things from different points of view. If you are confused and don't understand, close your eyes and read the question in your mind, look inside you."

why do you think you understand yourself?

The question may not mean a lot, but, the answer says a lot of what you think about life in general terms.;)

I don't even understand what you mean by that? Do you mean do I understand who I am, or are you merely stating that how can we understand and "talk" in our minds?

If you didn't understand yourself would you necessarily be aware of it?

"Do you mean do I understand who I am?"
" How can we understand and "talk" in our minds?"

If this two question arise because my question is unclear. Just answer your own questions. That is the point, ANSWER YOUR OWN QUESTIONS of what you mind is capable to understand

I don't know what is YODA, but you can think and go wherever your mind is capable to do so( your mind is your own limit )

The people that don't understand you is because they DO NOT understand them self.
And YES, there is some one who understand you. It's very close to you, just you can't see who is it.
    ;)

I understand myself perfectly. I know what I am. I know that I can not understand myself. So knowing what one can or can not is way to know oneself.

to truly understand one self, i think is impossible. sometimes you do something because you think that is the right thing to do, but why do you sometimes do things that you know are wrong, yet you do them anyway??. in order to truly understand who you are, would take a lot of thinking, and if i had to do that much thinking, it would drive me crazy, so i would prefer not to try and understand myself, and just let others, try to understand me instead, and let them go crazy lol. :D

Understanding oneself is the ability to step outside of your inner dialogue and observe yourself from the "state of being" or "existing".
This is when you truly understand yourself and this understanding comes in the form of a feeling rather than a thought.
It is consciousness in its purest form. It is the state of presence.
