Looking for FREE form processing script - details inside

Hi

I'm looking for a form processing script that will

a) Add the details submitted to an excel / csv / text file
b) Send the info to my email address and
c) Send an automatic response to the original submitter.

Tried searching through google / hotscripts but couldn't find any free scripts - only commercial ones like http://www.formtofile.com/

Does anyone know of a free / GPL script that has similar functionality?

Anyway, this should do everything you need, including add data to txt file, email you and email submitter.
