    Well, don't think it is even legal since Paypal is not supported in Bangladesh and Paypal does not money exchanges. If you read the 'About Us' page, you see 'All text of this page are demo text. So please dont be scared if you find inconcistency between page contents.' which shows it is not even a site which is ready for business.

    Well it's not PayPal site but it is created by someone else by using PayPal. It is illegal to transfer PayPal funds for Bangladesh users. So do check with TOS of PayPal.

    Yes it is! They are using PayPal's name to do business, I wonder if PayPal may take action against them to use PayPal name without any premission since PayPal is registered company.
