I did it for awhile. Some sites are better than others and it takes awhile to get paid. I have personally received payouts from www.opinionoutpost.com and www.lightspeedpanel.com In my opinion... its alot of work for the pay.
Yes, i do receive payment from some paid to survey site such as Ciao and planet-pulse. However, i will say it is very less survey for the international member. If you are US member, then you can earn well from paid to survey, else you might need spend for a year to get your payment
Actually, there are but none I know that work in that manner. DomainLagoon.com pays you to fill out ads and surveys, and in turn provide you with a domain of your choice. HostingLagoon.com is similar, but they instead supply you with hosting.
Don't waste your time with these stupid things. Focus all of your energy on making legit money by starting a business of some sort.
