We never met such dishonest company which is www.hostgator.com
My boss, found content duplication, some one has stollen our content,
we officialy inform www.hostgrator.com, the company rejected to help us even it holds that site. Moreover, all emails wer signed only with name ( no surname). We have met such neglect and crime covering for first time.
We sent them proof but they ignored it. Very sad to understand that such companies are still exist

Yep, you'll need to file a DMCA to HostGator. You can't just submit a ticket saying that someone stole your content, you have to file it appropriately.

Justice has become a very delicate issue these days. Unfortunately, many companies (in all industries) try their best to avoid the situation. This does not solve the problem, but in fact makes it bigger since criminals realise that they can get away with murder. I am very disappointed to see that HostGator is one of these companies.

Even if you did not file a DMCA, HostGator staff should still inform you of what needs to be done... or at least pass you onto a staff member who would know what needs to be done.

You have to follow proper protocol. You can't email Google to have the site taken down, it's not hosted at their datacenter. If you cannot get in contact with HostGator, contact The Planet, which is their datacenter.

Thank you my Friends for your opinions. We sent our official letter to that company by email and fax with all proofs. The company does not react. We are preparing official claim through our lawyers. I think host company must at least close such website for time to make investigation. We offered this to the company, but company ignored it. I never could imagine that such companies still exsist in USA. The company ignores international law either. Bad very bad story

When did you send the first formal DMCA, and to whom did you send it?

What is your ticket number with the dmca? We always respond unless you've sent it to the wrong place.

We can't help those that don't want to help themselves. I'm very sorry you wish to persue legal action simply because we asked you to email us your complaint.
