That site is brilliant haha! This is what you get for making a forum that gets this big, won't upgrade the servers and then don't give two yankydoodles about the site/services.
When you look past the humour of some of his / her blogs on this site you have to ask yoursekf is there any truth to the posts. I loved the Duplicate account Blog, thats a good one which I bet many have been caught out by. Thanks aubenrey

You can't do anything in this case ! They have their own design ( not copied - the same color palette is not copying ) ! Only .. as ravianz mentioned - DP logo as a trademark ..
Well just ignore them and it is good to see someone do blogging about DP. DP members know DP is best and no other site is better then DP. Those are may be DP's Banned peoples who making useless blogs. I wonder if I would see that blog more than 1 year in Active mode.
Already there was a thread discussing about the dp clone. Just copying the dp in the layout and design alone will not make it popular. They just want to skim some traffic from dp by writing offensive posts about the dp and its mods. Keep your cool and everything will be okay
That’s kind of funny I looks like someone got kicked out and got stuff delete so they felt the need to rant in DP but they can’t so they make their own DP to rant in. Haha don’t freed the troll.
I am to follow close http://www.digitalpointless.com fun take of here and am to feel sometime a victim of some part of story to be told on funny blog. Is it to be true fact many people are to be experiencing bad like I do but to have so much anger to be going to such distance?
I am to know this, I am not to be knowing of content to which it is to be feeling true to me. It is to be a different subject matter.
Some people just wish to voice opinions, and voice dissent. I see nothing wrong with either, and I believe any true community should be open to looking at itself in a different way. To say that such speech should be shut out would be pretty much the same as saying "If you disagree with the government, you should be silenced". So what if someone has a point of view about a large and famous site, in which many make their online living, have a point of view. You cannot restrict points of view, and you cannot - with a clear conscience - ban people for dissenting. Granted, the logo is similar, but that does not preclude them from making a parody logo later on. To see so many people be so riled up and irked, demanding that the voice of the other side be shut down... is just plain silly. One more point - how is a blog a ripoff of a forum? Unless they copy the forum, I do not see how it is a ripoff at all. You need to compare apples with apples, not apples with nuclear warheads.
