I have been lazying around for a while,to motivate myself to start writing articles,I thought it can only be done by professional writer, this Bum marketing is not for me. BUt thanks to many DP member here, who inspires me a lot to plug into action ,as a result of which i m able to write 10 articles in 2 days on forex niche. Now need to see the results, can anyone tell, like shall first i see when my artciles get published,as how is the result, whether I m able to generate sales,is my landing page ok ,then shall I write more artcile for that particular affiliate market. I mean how many articles you generally write per affiliate product to test whetehr it is ok to promote it further. What is your testing parameter?
Hello bl4cknam ,everyday i see you add new reviews in your website for new affiliate product, how much hours you were and are putting per day on article writing, creating landing page ,to generate atleast 1000$ per month.
I do my best to write about 5 or more articles per day. That takes me about 1-3 hours. Reviews take a bit longer, but I concentrate on writing articles.
oh okay great so per affiliate product ,if we write 25-30 article is that enough to test whether it is converting good.
That's great to hear! Just keep at it and test everything. I've written about 30 articles per product to see if converts. But there is a better way to determine if it converts.. See, you might write a few bad articles which might not produce any traffic, so you can't use them to determine if product converts. This is why it's smarter to wait for a certain number of HOPs to determine if it converts. It's suggested that you produce at least 500. Good luck
hmm dats true its possible some articles may be just a piece of crap,so not worthwhile to count them,so will also keep track of the hops made accordingly ,then shall i decide whether to write further articles on them or switch to other affiliate programme.,right, so then once you hit upon good converting product how much more articles you start generating for that particular affiliate. OMG this forum is seeming an addiction day by day,too happy to join it.
have you looked to sell these articles there is a big need for well written forex articles on many sites.
hmm but can I sell those articles which I submit to ezine.com ,I think Icant ,as it would be duplicate content.
well technically you could sell them, because if you already have them on ezine then whoever you gave them too wouldn't be able to submit them to ezine because they would see it as duplicate content. but you right, that would be a really rude thing to do, and we try to be good to each other around here. you could sell them with a specific note that they have to be rewritten before being used. You could probably still make money from selling them because even articles that need to be rewritten are worth money if they are quality. Or you could quickly rewrite them and then sell them.
The big thing hereis to do your keyword research before you write any articles or you will be highly dissapointed with your results and probably give up on yourself. When I first jumped in to IM I just started busting my arse on social bookmarking and article sites typing away without doing the first bit of research. Yeah, I have done okay off of that first campaign. But I always think about how much better the money could be if I would've known what I was doing before I put in all that work. Article marketing can be highly successful if you're smart about it.

I am RIGHT at the doorway to bum marketing and just wondering, if you post 5 articles per day, is it best to post them all to promote one niche, post them all on one product in that niche, or post into 5 different niches a day and build from there? in other words, how many niches or products are your articles geared towards? because I am about to start out real soon
Honkytonk43 Start off with just one niche and one product. Write about 15-20 articles for that product, and then see how it goes. Don't try to do too many things at once.
So last night I wrote 5 articles on one niche. For a while I was concerned that I'll start running out of article ideas. After 5 articles i felt i covered a lot of info. Maybe I made my articles too broad. So now I'm focusing on writing an article for every little bit of info I posted in the first 5.
Write 1 article that gives 5-10 tips about your niche market (not necessarily specific to the product you are promoting). The signature can be used to transition the article to talk about your product and include a strong call to action. After that initial article, you can talk about each tip in more detail and therefore create a further 5-10 articles based on the initial seed article. The other way is just to ask yourself questions about the niche... if you don't know the answer yourself, it could be a useful article to write and inform people about that issue. Similarly, if you already know the answer - how many people don't?... this could again be the basis for another article. Simple advice is keep the article focussed and if you have done your keyword research, you should hopefully get some decent traffic as a result (and bring in targetted traffic to your landing page).
