Hello, I am looking for people that can help me sell my ebaook thru clickbank. I did the eBook a couple years ago, but it still applys today. I pay %50 commision. I am tired of seeing 0's in my clickbank account. See my sales page here: http://ickaboo.com/speed_ebook/sales.html I would welcome any help anyone can give me...to get my product selling, and help me sell other clickbank products. Thanks,
you need to hire someone to make you a sales page, that is awful... no offense, it's just the honest truth
Well, that is the best I could do, I am tired of paying other people. I have put $1000 into online marketing, adwords, and other programs to promote stuff and stiil my Clickbank account is $0. I am needing help selling what I have, until then I am not putting any more money into it.
Wow you seriously need some help, I don't think people are going to jump up and down at this point to become an affiliate for you. Your product looks like a seller, you need to update it from 2006 to 2008 and using blinkweb will definitely help your situation. Go to the top selling products on clickbank and look at the design of their landing pages and gather some ideas. visualize your new page in your mind and get to work... I expect to see fabulous things from you..... If you really want to make money
Hey dude are you serious? Ok take the advice from the other members and apply it ok, if you are really want to make money as publisher. The critiques are honest and meant to be in good faith so take action!
I am serious, who said I am not? If you only knew the kinda money I have spent on products that were crap, you might have a different opinion. I see people posting Clickbank pages making $1500 a day, I am tired of seeing this:
Maybe you should consider doing some big changes in your tactics, seeing that this one you have now is not working at all I mean.
They are giving you help...in the form of honest advice. You can improve your sales page (and your attitude) for free, and that will help your product sell, and help you learn how other products are selling. Nobody is going to sell your product for you if you are not willing to help get them the tools they need...and they need a sales page that isn't out of date and poorly designed. I understand your frustration with spending money and not making the return you would like...perhaps if you would be more open to good advice, you could help avoid that problem. Put some time into researching other/similair products, revamp the sales page with some of the tactics you see in your research, be thankful to the people that offer you advice and try to help you, and perhaps they will then be willing to invest their time and money to promote your product and help you become a success.
If you're not making money then do something else. You can't do the same thing over and over and expect different results (yeah Einstein said that). Your sales page is a disaster, to speak the honest truth. I wouldn't want to promote something that looks like that. As someone else suggested take a look at the top selling products, they're not top sellers without a reason to be so. It's all systematic and methodical, you don't become a best seller by accident.
I definatly need to change something. But you know what that means, spending more money. Good money after bad. You have seen the big players in affiliate marketing? I am the one who was buying all thier products.....their new, hot, end all, beat all product that turned out to be a total dud. And they ran to the bank after their big Go Live. Well, i have been down that road and can see what is around the corner, so I do not want to do it again.
Maybe you could try something like they did? Start a new product a new page and do it all over again.
Okay, my sales page stinks, I get it.... I need a system to make money, not promises to make money. I have been a Automation Analyst for 13 years......and in computers before that. I have bought, partial list---> Keyword Elite SEO Elite HyperVRE BANS Blog Generators Countless scripts and programs to "get the advantage" Numorous attempts at Adwords, Adsense(which got my account banned) Numorous attempts at eBay selling. All of it crap if I cannot get the person to BUY the product. My sales copy sucks, I get that part, but the products I am selling, the landing pages for the countless other Clickbank products, do they suck too, no. I rely on their landing pages and still cannot get a sale. So, please, do not jump on me for not taking advice......that is all I have been doing is taking other peoples advice and buying their products.
Mate you can come up with all the pity stories and excuses you want, it won't make a difference. No one is going to promote your product because your sales page is horrible, either accept that and move on or take the constructive criticism and do something about it. Yes it may cost you money to fix the problem but in todays world it is either going to cost you time or money, there is no getting past that. There's people on this forum making plenty of money bum marketing so they are sacrificing time for money, there's no reason you can't do the same. You say your other landing pages for clickbank products don't suck and yet you can't make a sale off them, that just doesn't make sense. I can only imagine that if the sales page for YOUR product is as bad as it is , that your landing pages for other products are going to be just as bad if not worse! It's not a magic formula - Good landing page + targeted traffic = $$$ There is a reason that your not making money online, you need to take a good look at what your doing and find out why it's not working. You don't need to buy any more products or go anywhere else, luckily you landed on the forum with enough free information here to make you money (and lots of it if you take action).
I have accepted that my landing page sucks. The landing pages I am referring to are the hoplink pages I go to when I try to make a sale. I did not design those pages, those are suppose to be the good sales pages. I am not making excuses at all. I am just saying I am tired of buying the Clickbank secret from people who claim they have it, but don't. I have read tons of ebooks on all kinds of marketing practices, and tried Adwords and the list goes on and on. You act like if I take the advice of the people in this forum, I will be successful? I might be, if it is something new that works for a change.
If the product that you are promoting has got a horrible sales page then why are you promoting it ,it's not because you are making money from them because you clearly have stated that you aren't? Perhaps you have just discovered your first mistake, your promoting the wrong products (hard to know without seeing the products your promoting) with bad sales pages that don't convert. Well if you keep doing what your doing , your going to get the same results so something HAS to change. I am pretty confident if you follow some of the advice in this forum that you will slowly but surely begin to make money. You have a broad spectrum of webmasters here, those that are making $200 a pay period to NCMedia who just posted his $10 000+ cheque a week or two back and the best thing is that the advice offered is free, no one here is trying to sell their latest "make $1000's now" product, it just doesn't happen around here, the advice given in general is just to help you succeed. Look up NCMedia and read some of his posts a while back, they will open your mind up.
Hey goodman441, It sounds like you have no belief over your own product. If you can't even invest your own money to get a better landing page done for your own product, how can you expect any one of us to make an effort to promote your product?
Heya, I'll be quick and polite but firm. 1. Stop buying crap - you are trying to fill the space of a publisher, yet you don't even have 'successful affiliate' as a badge yet - you cannot expect to be a good publisher if you do not understand how affiliate marketing works and how to make sales YOURSELF. I feel that you jumped ship too quick and tried to become the boss of a business that is still new to you. 2. Very great advice above - it IS all methodical and systematic + creativity. You cannot come here and say "This is the best I could do, tough I'm not accomadating you aff's I've spent enough money - promote me now!" You don't need to buy an ebook or 'end all' solution as no book will help you become a great publisher. I would advise you LITERALLY start over - even on your own if you have to - having a product nowadays is only about 30% of the equation if not less, the other 70% is apparently what you lack. 3. THERE IS NO CLICKBANK SECRET - Seriously, lol - there are only proven systems and deregulated tactics. Here is where I'll be sharp - you have been at CB for over 1.5 years, you have tried being an aff and a pub, and you have done nothing but spent money and efforts with no results. Conclusion: Marketing is NOT for everyone - double check your desires, if you truly desire to be successful in this arena, it will take a LOT more than pleading for some secret that will switch your program from 'dud' to 'banger'. 4. If you are low on money - perhaps now would be a good time to practice and par up your BUM marketing tactics so you can see more than zero's as an affiliate in your account. When you have enough money, and some more experience on how to sell, you can then worry about paying someone to do your sales page for you. Just find a designer, show them the top CB products you like, and tell them to mimick it but with your brand and style... Don't fight what you can't - your frustration is currently in a loop - you need to step out of that loop. Swallow your losses and consider it schooling, crappy schooling that has now confused you. Start fresh - there are many newb threads here that will put you on your path to at least 1 sale a day, 100 hops a day, or both/more. Start plugging more TIME into this and less MONEY. More ACTIONS on your own not more EBOOKS and guru products. Ok this was supposed to be short - good luck and again stop fighting the obvious, there is no 'BUT', 'I CAN'T', 'PLEASE HELP' magic solution here, rewind, refix, master, and proceed. This forum has an abundance of info, and although you're getting heated by the responses (errr help) that you're getting, it's about as close as you'll get to someone holding your hand walking you through this problem to a better outcome - be prepared to get shredded, for the sole purpose of being able to 'react' in a positive light, not get offended and huff/puff and not make change. Today's word of the day = CHANGE! Hopefully your next post is something along the lines of 'Thanks for all the tips guys, seems i have some work to do before you all promote my product, I'll be back with something better to present shortly'... Best, NC **PS - **You have no idea how many rich/successful/superaffiliates and publishers there are here, I say within a week/two you'll come to your senses... **PPS - thank you for the mention Terry. He doesn't realize he's stumbled on a goldmine yet
