Well, They are just mass emailing.. It's a standard option with every order. But you can choose what you want us to do with your website - Advertising wise.
You didn't answer my question. I want to know whether it is spam, newsletter sponsorship or something else. Is the advertised website the only thing it talks about in the email. Does the email have an unsubscribe option?
We have both. But we only have 600 contacts in our newsletters/subscribed email. But we do have 25,000 in the Emailing list. So to answer your question one is kind of Spam and the newsletter is not spam.

Look, I want a yes or no answer to whether it is spam. I am interested in the advertising, but all my sites are legal and spam is illegal and not allowed by my hosting. So is it spam, yes or no?
No. It is not illegal. I explained why it was not illegal.. Because they asked to be signed up so people can access there information..
I have never heard of Spamcop, so probably not. I think a large percentage of people read them. It depends on how you write them, subject them etc.
It seems you don't really seem helpful about actually telling me if they are spam or not, so I guess I will leave it.......
I have told you about 3 times it is not Spam. It is only spam when the person has not accepted to recieve them.. The people I am sending them to have accepted somewhere along the lines to recieve emails and for there information to be shared. What else can I tell you? No it is not spam, simple.
It also constitutes being spam if it has no link in the footer to be removed from the mailing list. What I am asking is whether I will get suspended by my host for spamming? BTW Loads of people use spamcop, just because you don't use it doesn't mean "probably not". Nevermind, I am not interested in the services anymore....
It does not have a link saying remove now.. But I do normally put in the email, email: to cancel your mail.
