Thanks guys, I was thinking about 2checkout b/c they're well know..but is 6-7% commision/fees the norm? Are there any cheaper companies? I'm not a huge fan of paypal..anyone can start creating cases for no reasons, locking the accounts up..i've never been a fan of paypal.
Yes, 6 - 7% is actually quite on the low end for 3rd party payment processors. I am using Plimus and in my case, I am paying between 8 to 15%. I figured that if I do not use them, I would probably get the sales so that is fair. They do have a rock solid system and does a lot of pre-checks before granting a sale thus minizing the risk of a dispute or chargeback due to fraud.
I've stuck with PP for a while now but this seems like a better option I'll look more into this, thanks for bringing it to my attention.
You could easily get a us bank account if you're not in the countries paypal support, have you ever tried Click and buy? paypal is better, the per payment fee is really low
