    You can call Google. There's a toll-free number. Anyone know it? I can't remember offhand.

    That ain't shit to them. I'm spending anywhere from 200-300k a month and still nothing.

    It's pretty easy actually. I usually open up one of their LiveHelp windows and when I have someone on there (if they can't help me with my questions), request a call from one of their specialists. They call fairly swiftly and are INCREDIBLY helpful.

    I really don't know why they get such a bad rep on here for not being responsive/helpful.
