You will find a way mate, you have done well to hit that in a year so keep at it and you will succeed.
Don't give up your day job. Seriously well done for getting above the monthly threshold but you must replicate and replicate what you are doing to get even close to the levels that some are at. When you get above $100 a day then think about relaxing (and then only for a few minutes). Sorry to sound so harsh but you have to get a dose of reality from time to time.
@mikefortune i am not giving up my day job at all even i make 1000$ per month. this is my hobby not my profession. but only problem is that i run out of my idea's and trying collect myself and do some good contents and get more traffic.
When you treat it like a hobby and get pleasure from it you earn more because its easier to write about something you enjoy. Most people give up because they are not earning good money but trust me if you have a good website with good content it will earn money if you give it at least 2 years and I intend to do that. Dont be a quitter, keep writing and enjoying yourself and you will reap the rewards.
Making money is nice, not much but sustain a living without a day job is nicer for sure. Apart from that, blogging is like a little Narcissism. It is about spreading your ideas, being read, and being liked.
thanks guys for your thinking and moral support to keep me going. i am sure now i will be somewhere soon and tell you when i make $1000 per month.
I find that if you write about something you're enthusiastic about it's easier to write. Good luck finding future projects, I'd be ecstatic about 100/month. You should feel a sense of accomplishment in this.
