You won't be able to find packages like that, nothing is unlimited in the world, especially on shared hosting. These hosts will just oversell, when you start getting busy on your hosting they will terminate your hosting. Some hosts offer free domain names on their larger plans or if they pay annually. Personally I would just suggest buying your own domain name so you have complete control over it, and so you can move your hosting if your needs increase or you find out the host is crap.
