need advice on how to approach a problem.. i am confused

hi friends
basically i am a traffic seller

a guy from this forum purchased 30k of us traffic from me @ 195$ through paypal
he paid me instantly and i started delivering the traffic to his site right away
after i delivered some 10-12k of traffic he put the transaction on hold and i am unable to do even other transactions
now my paypal account is on hold and i am unable to do my business
we even had a chat on icq about the deal .... but now he does not respond
what shod i do now?

you need to do whatever paypal tells you to do to get your account unfrozen

unfortunately there are a lot of fraudsters out there

 

even paypal is not giving me much options

when i try to select the second option
paypal is asking me to enter the tracking code of the shipping...but this is a service

 

just type service into the tracking info and in the shipper info

in the comments be sure to write it was a service

paypal will end up deciding in your favor...unless they paid with credit card, then they can reverse the charges...and then you will be out the money.

well, if you can't physically prove that you gave him the services, and you're losing money because of the dispute, then youre best off, imo, to refund him the money and move on. May seem hard to take in that youve lost that much, but if other customers can't pay, then think how much you could potentially lose, not only money wise, but your rep, too..

 

If I were you be very wary of getting into the SEO / Traffic Hits business, I got ripped off $5000 USD a few years ago.

People would order Traffic, I would deliver after payment received via Paypal.com ... Traffic Delivered and then paypal would do a chargeback, I lost my money, they got their traffic for free and their money back!

Setup a Moneybookers or e-gold account, much more difficult for you to get ripped of using these services. PayPal are too much in favor of the buyer.

 

Moneybookers or egold wouldn't be a solution since the majority of people are using Paypal as payment option.

I would suggest plimus as merchant. They are making sure that the buyer got the service and accept paypal payments. No dispute, no charge back issues

 

There's a lot of people doing that these days, good luck with sorting it out.

Well, I would never suggest you to do business with high sum for people who has 0 itrader and new member to DP forums.

He is probably in forums with some other username now. Can you also publish their website name since this thread will be indexed by google and their site will be on the first page when its being searched.

well as much marketing as i do for other businesses, this is EXACTLY one of the MANY reasons I don't deal in the adult industry

it brings people from the dregs of life...both the vendors and customers

Lol I've had the same thing happen to me yesterday...

The buyer submitted "unauthorized transaction".

The transaction is on hold even though I've delivered my ebook.

I've submitted emails and all the information I could gather to them and I hope they'll be able to resolve the issue in my favour.
