    Your websites layout is messed up in IE 7, IE 8, FireFox 2, FireFox 3. I'd fix the middle portion where the blue is at, everything else is fine.

    Prices depends on the complexity of designs. But we do both design and coding.

    For price ranges, provide sample designs/links for reference.
