How much would you charge to make this?

I am looking to get a new custom theme for my blog. I want it to be the similar to this one. http://thenetfool.com Different header of course. So how much do you think you would charge for this. Thanks.

 

it all depends on who does it you can get one person to do it for 50 and others will want 500

i wouldn't pay more then 200 or so they can take the code from that link and edit it a bit the the banner is what will take the most effort

The header will probably be the largest expense, unless u find some sort of stock graphic to alter.

I never realised how high my prices were. I wouldn't touch this project for less than $500 including a new banner and theme. Custom work is time-consuming and expensive!

 

Max $50 for that design.

 

I'm just curious, how do you justify economically quoting such a low price? I can't imagine a full wordpress theme design and implementation taking anything less than three or four days of solid work. Say it is 35 hours total lowball estimate, that comes to about $1.40 per hour of work.

Am I missing something here?

Don't mind him. It'll run you at LEAST $100 if you want quality. Try out DesignFXPro if you want the guys that did theUniversityKid,MooneyQuest,MonkeyBlogger and a lot of other niche names.
