It was just a typo error in reply #23 where we wrote $100.

I ordered and paid for 50 articles on the 31st July, due date given was 11th Aug. On 14th Aug I received 41 of the articles, the other 9 were to be "arriving shortly". It is now 10th Sept and I still don't have the final 9 articles.

I've since sent you 5 emails and you keep telling me the articles will be coming soon! Can you now confirm to me when I will be receiving them?

Myself, and I'm sure a great deal of your future customers, would like to know that you are going to deliver what has been paid for.

If needs be I can copy and paste the whole email chain here, so don't try sweeping this one under the carpet.

I must add that this was my second purchase from you as I was impressed by the first batch - for the money it's decent content. After this fiasco however, I'm not sure I'll be coming back, it all depends on what excuse you can make up.
