I'm sorry but I have to ask you this, are you retarded?

    I mean in all seriousness.

The oil companies are doing just that, sitting on land they could be drilling for oil at this very instant. When asked about this though instead of having a logical thought process you have nothing to say more than 'Let's sit and do nothing'

which is what the OIL companies are doing right now!

They could be drilling BUT ARE NOT, yet you think giving them more places to drill will suddenly do something, all the while they are not currently drilling where they could.

You buy everything hook line and sinker don't you?

If not now, were you mentally challenged before?

(I am just teasing, as it was funny to have so many errors in one short sentence by someone saying they are not mentally challenged.)

After thinking about this I really should not have posted this. Not because of a personal attack nature, but because using a mental type disability is simply wrong and undercuts those who have them.

I was wrong in using it, I should have worded it differently, I simply was amazed to say the least..

I agree that phrase could be offensive to those with a mental type disability. I found it humorous even though it was politically incorrect. So in order for it to be offensive someone would have to find it offensive.

They're not drilling because they want to make as much money as possible. Oil is a limited resource that will eventually run out. But chances are this world will rely entirely on alternative fuel sources before it completely runs out. Even companies like Saudi Arabia are trying to figure out other ways for their country to make money besides exporting oil. If they don't then their country is going to have some serious economic issues.
