From what I've seen around Digital Point lately, anything "Guaranteed" is usually not guaranteed. And if using Paypal for payment, Paypal will not refund on services or digital goods. So all you have to do is collect paypal payments and not deliver, and you keep all the money. Let's reverse the tables here. How about you perform the services and then you'll get payment from your customers -- guaranteed?
