Link Building --> PageRank?

It means leaving comments on peoples' blogs. Most of them has a option to enter your website.

 

Why do you aim for PR? Do you not want traffic? Do you not want high SERPs position? If you are that desperate for the little green bar to grow just fake it with a redirect code.

 

I fort so. I thought he was making blogs for PR.

I aim to learn how to do everything. I know PR isn't that important. However it tends to higher the value of a website.

For example. A unique website with no PR or Traffic. Could go for $10.
Wher the same with no traffic however with PR1 could go for $25.

I am learning everything. I want my websites to be good, and I want to be able to achieve rankings for all different areas.

 

Google doesnt' show you all the backlinks.

 

I discovered that yesteday. It showed one of my sites to only have back links from one forum. When I have them from many when I check Back Link Checker websites.

 

Yahoo site explorer, though less than perfect, shows a much more complete list.

 

I personally buy website depending on their revenue, not PR but I see how some might find it more attractive.

 

Also domains with PR with no website always tend to sell higher then ones with out PR.

You know if I link build a domain with no website on it. Will it still gain PR?

I dont think thats really true, my site has a PR3 has only like 7 links from my own sites. And they have no PR

I was going to ask if linking to your own PR sites is a good idea.

 

it will probably get deindexed so no pr, kind of like a ban but not as bad to recover from when you do start the site, you are better to put the site on first then build links. google must be able to figure out pretty easily that links are spammy if the site is building alot of links and there is no site there

 

What about of there is just a one paged website. Will it gain PR. Providing the one page as good content?

. I started doing that again a couple of days ago, until I noticed that all Blogger blogs and subdomain.Wordpress.com blogs have a "Nofollow" attribute on the links I got. Humans may click occasionally, but certainly no PR love... :-(

 

I think that you have to build them very carefully, 3-4 links a week, in order not to be considered as a spammer.

 

Don't just me concern about your links coming to your site but as well you should make interlink within your pages.

I think he's talking about internal links.. . linking back one of your page to another on pages on the same site.

 

Does linking to all your pages help in some way?
