    1) Sorry, but I think the blog background isn't that good, it's too plan and simple, it needs some life, try adding some colour or something.
    2) Get a proper domain. The content is really good, but you'll get so more many hits if you have globe-trotters-world.com rather than .blogspot.com...
    3) I dont like the search box in the top left. It looks out of place in the design...

    Sorry if that sounded harsh, just my opinion :cool:

    The dictionary box (gadget) is a bad place to put... maybe you can move to left side.

    I think you need a different theme, as this theme is very simple and there is too much white space
