Hi Grim, I am sitting a lot on PC lately, need to loose at least 15 kg (don't know how much in pounds), probably up to 20. What realistic timeframe to make it happen ? Given that I can't excersice 3+ hours a day Simply don't have that time.
I would say 4lbs (>2Kg) a week would be a safe bet, and an achievable goal. Saying that, give it a month to two months which you should be lean. Do you do any weights currently? Are you a member of any gym? Do you own any gym equipment? Do you have any time DAILY to exercise AND do weights? Another solution if you can't do any of the above would be to lower your calorie intake which would be a very slow method. Add me on AIM/Skype if you need a hand or any advise etc.
Scooby DOO.. dont take weight loss pills.. the best way to weight loss is to change your diet... Eat alot of green vegtables.. and youghurts..also food with bran..like carrots and drinking water helps... try and avoid eatin oily food and fast foods like burgers and french fries!!! take care
