its cool to see that, i never really thought about it but yes i would have thought mud huts and random strange hats etc Its a shame i have to block them, dont have an issue with them other than they clearly dont convert well. maybe i can now downsize my server
I have no problem with Iranians But people from UAE and Saudi Arabia(GULF) are lazy people they do n't do any work.....
lazy guys with a stomach full of oil(money)? lol lets do not call down ppl as we also dont know arabs at all! well im not blocking iran, arab nations traffic cause there are some google ads for them , once i noticed that while i was uing one of those countries IPs to check some websites through their countries nice photos dude !
I dont think we should look down on people ..... neways you guys must already be knowing bout "Burj Al Arab" only 7 star hotel in the WHOLE world is in DUBAI(uae) http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=burj+al+arab A small image search will leave people startled if you havnt seen it yet!
What do you mean by this, i thought the world wide web was accessible to any one with an internet connection, unless your IP is banned.
Haha, honesty is the best policy. I don't see any real benefits to blocking the traffic, it's opportunity cost right there by doing so. It depends though, if any can outline any real negatives to allowing the traffic? - I certainly couldn't think of any. Oh, and thanks to everyone who submitted their proxy to my topsite yesterday (http://www.bypassDAILY.com) 28 members and rising, be sure to enjoy the traffic that'll be coming your way shortly!
Your all now saying you dont see the need to block them! While few weeks ago every one was saying they do block them and get paid higher for single clicks in adsense, then i said i replace adsense with adbrite for this traffic and now adbrite has banned me... sure no reason to block iran at all
You have never heard of the great firewall of China? Where the government blocks anything and everything that they don't agree with. North Korea is the same and every other week some country pops up and blocks YouTube. The main benefit is to save bandwidth. As meep pointed out the traffic doesn't convert well, primarily because there are not as many ads available for that part of the world.
You dont get it, some people have limited access to the internet. places like iran and china block access to tons of websites for what ever reason. Then in most work places in most parts of the world they will limit access to some websites also.
Do explain? its $3 i will get over any downfalls it has. But i dont see how it could be less reliable, it either works or it doesnt! Only thing i can think of is browser support which i have not looked into becuase i will not be paying $50+(guess based on looking in the past) for a verisign one.
You need to select it when buying the domain. Maybe open up a support ticket with them and see if they can help you out.
Yes but there are methods to switch to different ad networks that maybe pay a higher rate for traffic from these countrys, I'm such there were some listed in this thread earlier and there is a simple line of code to display certain ads to certain country's.
