From what I have seen my dad back in the day use to take everything they showed on Ads, heard great things from everywhere about alot of the famous ones, none of them work... The best thing is to eat right and exercise
well, im not fat or anything im 17 and weigh 12.3 stone and am 5 foot 8 = i think im not fat lol... but im signing up to the uk army soon in 4 weeks as i want to tone up.. but i want to be able to do a 1.5mile run in 9mins
I know a few. Theres +5mg of healthy foods; -5mg of laze; +50mg of exercise. Go do it. Dont expect pills to do it for you.
well, i don't really believe in weight loss tablets.. people just want to make money and they don't care whether you live or die.. just control how much you take in and make sure you burn as much as you take in and you are good to go.. check what you eat and burn what you don't need.. just as simple as that.. exercise..
Humm..I have been taking some weight loss pills for some time and they do produce some desirable outcome but as soon as you get off those pills, the weight comes back. The best way to lose weight and keeping it off is to develop good eating habits and obviously embarking on a great exercise program. There are lots of information on Atkins Diet, Negative Calorie Diet, Calorie Cycling and you just need to experiment a bit and see which one fits into your own lifestyle and personal preferences. I would rather spend my hard-earned money on delicious food than on costly weight loss pills that might even harm or kill you.
No pills. Cut on junk food, eat more fruit and vegetables, exercise and before you know, you will lose some weight on natural way.
Yes, skip the pills. Just watch what you eat. I participate in weight watchers and it really has been working. Lost over 10 pounds in 9 weeks. Probably could have done better, but I do like good food. Losing weight and keeping it off is really a life changing event.
Cardio Ephedra 'ECA Stack/Ephedra Caffeine Aspirin' does work if you can get it, a pill however wont be a cure all. There are many that can help to a degree, diet and getting off your ass however is the best.
What does 12.3 stone convert to in pounds? (Sorry, I am being to lazy to look it up). But if you are 17 (young) and you are not fat (like you said) and you just want to get in shape before joining the military, you probably don't need weight loss pills, you just need some conditioning. Can you do the 1.5 mile run now? What's your time on it? Start running 2 miles a day until you leave. Then the 1.5 mile will feel like nothing.
Just eat always ahead of your 'normal food craving' hours. Then you'll be able to control the food you're going to eat as you're obviously hungry by the time you're eating your meal.
x2 I agree Grim, but that's a bit hardcore for the average joe isn't it! Your not gonna loose weight without the correct diet and cardio. Diet supplements will aid you in your goal and probably speed it up. Some that I would suggest are: Hydroxycut Hardcore (only the hardcore version) Gaspari Cytolean Gaspari Thyrotabs Prolab Thermofire Lean Xtreme 2.0 VPX Meltdown VPX Redline I have tried the above, and have had positive effects with them all.
You base this on what exactly? Caffeine has 'very bad side effects' so does 'aspirin' hell even milk can.
