For Vbulletin, Must it have license to show ads?

    LOL well it's not really legal to use vBulletin with an invalid license so it looks like your question is answered. :)

    You can't put adsense on any page with material that is infringing upon a copyright.

    This is kind of a stupid question to ask (especially with a vB forum link in your sig).

    Adsense would never ban you for publishing ads on a non-licensed forum, but vB might stick you for stealing their software...
