    high $xx undeveloped.. it has potential but not fully realized without development... what would this site be about?

    The site can be about... collecting things... antiques, stamps, coins... everything.

    Can be for a directory, a magazine about collecting, an auctions site for collectors... can be for anything around "collecting" related content or business.
