    Start using Microsoft Expression Web. It is lots better than Frontpage (and Dreamweaver IMO).

    Yup, the guys are right, the HEX code you're looking for is #F3F3EB.

    There are various ways to grab color codes. I use Photoshop's Eyedropper tool, but there's a ton of free software out there. You can start by looking it up on Google and go from there.

    Get Firefox and this addon: ColorZilla. You can eyedrop right in the browser without having to make the image. It's more precise that way. Or even better, use Firebug.

    That's what I would suggest, though if he doesn't know how to read through a CSS file and make sense of it, then it does him no good. ColorZilla I've never used, but I've heard many good things about it (I use Safari, so no plugins for me :rolleyes: )
