I'm still not sure what sort of websites you are talking about. Are they basically the same style and format like http://www.coolest-gadgets.com/ but obviously related to different niches?

You're saying that you make at least $100 per sale so... you must be selling very expensive products? I'm not quite sure I understand the magnitude of the niches you cover. I don't want you to reveal your niches as I wouldn't if I was in your place but maybe an example or two of such high earners per sale? Also, what's your conversion rate?
I thought I'd post here instead of PM-ing you as you seem busy and haven't checked this thread in a while .

 

First off, i'd like to say, kick ass job! Those are some great earnings!

Secondly. My issue with making money using my blog, is the simple fact that it is a fansite for a tv show. I'd love to monetize it, because I have a great passion for that website. But so far i've only made $4.00 through AdSense clicks. I know that's not bad in my first month, at least it's a start. But there aren't many products people are willing to buy. The show is aired daily, therefore there aren't any seasons or like best-of blah blah. So I don't really have a selling point to attract my viewers.

Sigh. Any suggestions?

You mentioned your blog entries aims for long tail keywords. But don't long tail keywords usually have fewer searches? Like if you search for the word 'speakers' you will have maybe 900 a day compared to 8 a day for 'sony surround sound speakers' ?

 

Because you need to add a few more 00 onto those numbers.

I keep on repeating this thread from OP post and bear in mind what i should do next.. I can do SEO for myself as example, my company im working with, i did SEO for keyword "taman negara" and its rank on top 10 wtout im doing much off page optimization and same goes to my blog with "importance of smile" i still rank on top 10.. I should put some try in this field..

 

the OP mentioned that $100 was his highest ever commission roughly.He also mentioned 15-20 sales a day

$14,000 divided by 600 sales a month(20 a day) is $23.33 average commission
