You can do that but make sure thats not your only source of traffic...traffic from a single source (except search engines) to an adsense based website isn't good. Will easily result in smart pricing and also raise red flags

You can actually advertise but the fact is that the traffic generated mostly would not bring any significant benefit and you also risk your site being smart priced. Basically the people who registered there are purely to earn money and nothing else and there are just way too many loopholes in the PTC program. If you really want to advertise use Adwords instead.

Yes, you can display third party ads along with Google Adsense ads. But keep in mind, ads from different vendors should not mimic each other. That is, it should be different in styles/colours etc.

    It is Simply NOT ALLOWED

don't ever try this. it is mentions in google tos that traffic exchanges or any other activity that generate artificial and non interested traffic to your site is prohibited.

in this case, you visit other members websites, which you do not wish to visit.

others visit your website that they do not wish to visit.

but google says your traffic must be geniun and of your website's interest.

    so

PTC site can drive you traffic especially if the ads will last for many days. If you got lots of clicks in your site, google will check it if it's a valid click. Any form of program that can drive huge traffic to your site is not allowed by google adsense.

    SE traffic is the best

it might come trickle at first, but it is safe and free

beside, PTC traffic have low CTR and can have your adsense banned.

google can detect your traffic source easily
