first of all submit it to link directories and also take exchange some links from the similar website.... i dont think adult matter needs much promotion of any kind... rather you need to post some good quality
Some general free web directories accept adult sites, theres also adult directories and from what ive seen reciprocals are much more common in the world of adult blogs/sites, so maybe find some adult blogs in your niche to exchange links with.
All good suggestions, but non of that will help you with an Adult blog. Mainstream avenues do not work since many blog promotion platforms and directories have a decency clause. Second, you are in the wrong forum to get any concrete answers since most people here are "mainstream" bloggers. You need to observe and participate in some of the Adult Webmaster forums. There are directories for adult sites and blogs as well...many are paid, but some are free. You can only link exchange with like bloggers, and only a few will ever answer you, adult webmasters tend to be a little more "cut throat" than the rest of us...it is a very competitive industry, and rarely do many of them work together. It is not as nice as "mainstream". My best suggestion would be to hang out and participate in the bigger Adult Forums. A word of advice, don't post questions right away, get a feel for the personality of the forum , and learn from the older posts. There are many there that will teach, and help...ignore the idiots that do nothing but cause drama. Good Luck
