Can anyone tell/guide me what happens if some one gives me $50 for my work but and i withdraw that funds to my bank a/c or to my credit card and that person charges back my paypal a/c but i don't have any funds in my paypal a/c what will happen in that case? Will funds be taken out from my bank a/c or credit card a/c. or they will ask me to pay that back through paypal only? Can that person file a suit against me?

    Kindly suggest:eek:

If your actual balance is insufficient to cover the charge then your primary and/or secondary funding options will be used.

Your balance will become negative and you will be required to pay PayPal back. The "person" wouldn't file a lawsuit against you, but PayPal could.

No one is going to court over $50. Second to that, your recourse is to make good on the balance and move on with this new found learning experience.
