Hi, Please member, I have a site with 70 000 unique visitors per day. Over 1000.000 page views per day. But the problem is that my CPM on adsense is near $0,08 today and it makes me crazy!! What can i do? I should earn much more than 100 usd per day with over 1 million impression and over 5000 clicks per day. Please help me to avaoid this smart pricing or what is it or tell me another program who pay much more. Thanks & Regards
What is your site and where is your traffic coming from? Traffic from social networks like Digg and StumbleUpon is usually very bad for adsense
With that many uniques and impressions per day, I would sell private ad space as that is more continuous income. I agree with soldit2, make sure your traffic isn't coming from social bookmarking sites. Focus more on organic traffic. If you can share your URL, perhaps we can see if better ad placement and colors can help out.

That sucks... My eCPM is around 8$... I guess the traffic you get is not a "quality traffic" according to Google. I managed to change this for one of my sites by using .htacess to block traffic from the "bad" countries May be this is what you would need to do. Of course, expect the traffic to decrease significantly.

We got over 500 000 active members, and over 2000 new every day. Our visitors are from this country: Direct Traffic: 78,76% Ref Sites: 11,02% Search Engines: 10,19% Other: 0,03% Screenshot of analytics of the english version. The arabic version have 26 000 unique visitors per day. I will give 1 weeks ads for free on my first page to the person who fix this problem for me.
i think this says enough. in order to rake in the dollars, you need that search engine (organic) percentage to be the majority of your traffic. lower CTR is probably because of the repeat visitors that are ad blind. i'm also helping an owner of a similar site that's #1 in its niche with huge direct traffic and word of mouth but low organic traffic. in my case, i suggested deals with niche or location specific advertisers would be best until his organic search engine results can be boosted for his key words. you need good ranking for the key words "arabic music" or variances.
Your low ctr is a result of the low % of new visitors (primarily from search engines). Your low eCPM is a result of the countries of origin for your traffic. Let's face it, there aren't a whole lot of Adwords advertisers that are fighting over Arabic music traffic. What can you do?? 1) Improve seo to gain more search engine traffic. 2) Target traffic from the U.S. and other highly developed countries. Good luck!
I know why your dollars are low ... it's because most of your visitors are from Arabic countries, your earning per click depends on from where the user is clicking, for example: if I clicked the same ad from Canada and another person clicked the same ad from Egypt, you would ear a $1.5 from my click and $0.3 from the other ... So to maximize your profit, you have to target Europe and north Americas market, where the advertisers are paying GOOD money and the market is HOT. Good Luck. Nabil
If you get traffic from USA and UK, then you will earn more per click and for other countries, pay can be low. So may be this is your problem?
I clicked on the english version and cannot see any google adsense ads ? Perhaps I'm missing something here
