Are there any reports I can pull in Adwords where I only view my keywords with a Poor Quality score or min bids of say $0.30 or more?

    Thanks,

    Jon

QS reporting is not an available option. However, enable the QS in the Customize Columns option and toggle it to show you the worst performers.

I have recently been down this road. Fix the page it is going to. I am pretty sure google bases it off bounce rate for that page.

As far as fixing the minimum bid. Cancel the campaign. And you might even have to wait a few days, I always done it that way you might not have to wait. Start a new campaign and put that keyword (s) back in and, for me at least, has always started it a new again.

The easiest way is to list the keywords in your campaign using Adwords Editor, sorting by minimum bid, and copying and pasting the bad ones into Excel...
