There are certain things that I can't Fig out. Can somebody pls clear these for me.

What is considered as an Ideal CTR and what are the methods to achieve it. Is it true that a low CTR can get one banned.

How many clicks per 1000 page impressions is considered normal.

An Ideal CTR is about 5%-20%. But some publishers even manages about 30% without any problem.

Depends where you have the ad placements. With adsense I have never managed an overall CTR of more than about 15% but with two other networks and proper placemnts I have managed tom get CTR's of much higher. With one ad network I have blog that is getting over 45% CTR

CTR-It's depend upon the visitors traffic and activities of their mouse on your page, if the information for what come across your website is not useful then he/she will bounce from website through adsense and this the gr8 deal with adsense CTR(from my point of view CTR is 10-25 % is good)

I would say anything above 5% is good. I can get from 5-20% depending on the site and day.

The type of site will effect the CTR. Adsense on forums doesn't do as well because they get lots of pageviews and visitors are there to chat instead of click on ads. Whereas a content site with very relevant ads will get a much higher CTR , 10-20% CTR isn't unheard of.

Nonsense. 1% Ctr is good for a medium-high traffic site.

I have sites that get 50% to 75% CTR everyday and continue to do so for years now.
You just gotta make sure the Adsense placement looks like part of the website content.

High CTR is great, but high eCPMs are much better.

Personally I think anything over 5% is above average.
