Totally Scammed!!I Got Dispute from Domain Buyer! Help Me!

so, total dp members scammed by him are 3.
guniwan, tukarinfobispak and olcaymy
all in the same time

 

The scammer now dancing with the domain and the money also in hands...

 

Just see conversation with him.he tried to bye some of my good domains but i have gave him some conditions.i told him i will sell one domain per day but he wanted to push domain with in 24 hours all.before that i already faced another scammer (DP id: seo_expert_from_usa)
But all of my buyers know that i didn't push domain instantly.i push domain with in 6-24 hours.because of my safely.by this way i survived from from 2 scammer with in 2 days in a row.i think we should be more alert with about matter.

You won't get your domains back, just like everyone else.

Find some info on the scammer, report the names stolen, and get a lawyer and file a lawsuit.

have you called pp or gd ? here you can get bunch advice only not the exact solutions
better call them if you are in us (out side us may cost more than domains value )
and i think you can pm GreenGambler too may be he assist

Update: I got mail from Paypal Today, The money Completely Reversed and sended back to this Buyer. So All money Are Gone Away Now ( . Bye bye my money ( and I am sure the Domains Too

 

Paypal will not help at all

Try emailing your Regsitrar and if they do not help then try calling them
Bug them with calls and emails

You may want to talk to Sterling who is also a member here on DP.
He has just recovered his stolen domains which also involve paypal and godaddy,
and you may want to ask him how he did it.
