How long does it normally take for them to activate your account so you can start promoting their stuff? I signed up today, but I am anxious to put it on a few of my websites. Anyway, thanks in advance to anyone who answers!
If your account is already active then ask your manager to give you POP-UP gateway code..Don't use direct gateway code your site will be kicked out from Google..
