$10-$15 Header/Design for My Blog

I need a banner for my blog that would fit to my theme. I only need a background image header.The title/description will not be omitted. I prefer WEB 2.0 design.

I will pay $10 fro this

Or you can have 2nd option

If you have a good wordpress template(free template will do) that would fit my niche you can post it here. All I want is an customize header, btw the template must look professional and must have 3 columns the same format with my old template.
