    Looks good but not to discourage you, forums are very hard to promote and always have low ctr.

    The placement looks great, the flash in the beginning is a little annoying though :D.

    but implementing adsense revenue sharing could help you earn more (less as well) :p

    I would personally stay away from a flash intro, but other than that, it looks good.
