Post full article or summary with link? Your opinion?

I've started adding some posts to my blogs which refer to current events. Right now I post a summary and then a link to the original article.

I was thinking it would save my readers a click if I posted the full article, with the appropriate links and credits, of course.

Which would you prefer? And why? Do you know of a specific advantage or disadvantage for doing it one way or the other?

    Thanks for your feedback

I put a summary or I leave the first paragraph of the post, to avoid the duplicate content.

Yes, do the summary with a link. You don't want to duplicate content nor break copyright law.
