    IMO DP would sell for $1.2 m - $2.5 m.

    It all depends on revenue, costs and the potential of the forum.

    Well DP is priceless and it is not for sold even it not worth of less than $2,000,000. It should be more than that amount. DP's ownership will change the life of any webmaster who buy it.:)
