    Suggestions:

    1. Put that shoutbox above those google ads (just to make it more visible)
    2. Try different color background.

    Your site is kinda slow loading. Maybe you put too much image on it

    Yea, now the shoutbox placement is fine. Google ads are also fine.

    For more better placement options you can check out my site

    It should give you an idea how to motivate visitors to shout on your shoutbox :)
