Yea right dude, we dont have borders

The borders of Israel with Egypt and with Jordan have now been formalised as part of the peace treaties with those countries, and with Lebanon as part of the 1949 Armistice Agreement. The border with Syria is still not settled. The border between Israel and the Palestinian territories is also still to be negotiated.

And how did croaita get its borders, would you like to explain?

    Keep on whining BSed propaganda...

because they're terrorists, if Iran will announce that it's making nuclear weapons believe me that we (Israel) won't care - it will be a worldwide issue.

the problem is Iran is signed on a treaty against the creation of nuclear weapons. so they can get access to sensitive nuclear data because every country that sign on the treaty can develop friendly nuclear reactors in supervision with the UN, but guess what? Iran is using the knowledge they gained from the treaty for weapon development.

Calling anyone and everyone 'terrorists' really dilutes the term of 'terrorist' into nothing.

Between the media and politicians, I am not sure what a terrorist is anymore. It is such a joke when they automatically claim "terrorist" on events that just happened without any proof.

Terrorist seems to cover the gammet of anyone who essentially, terrorizes anyone, and any thing in any capacity.

I mean, lets say someone mail bombs you, (email bombs you) they are now a cyber terrorist.

Someone runs around and attacks a bunch of people at a Quick E Mart in order to get $17 in pennies.. "Domestic Terrorist". Someone kills a shit load of people because their religion said so, "Insert Religion - Terrorist".

I think it is basically a way of saying, anyone that performs a threat or attack on the "masses", a group or group of people for whatever reason. That's a "Terrorist".

My kid routinely terrorizes our cat... Does that make him a "Feline Terrorist"... Hell, that's not even a group, or "mass" anything...

I think Terrorist is used way too much. Some of these people are just moonbats. Moonbats rarely hurt anyone other than themselves or the mental midgets that follow them.

    Totally 100% agree.

It has watered down the meaning into anyone committing any violent act without any proof that it was actually 'terror'.

I think that has happened because "Terrorist", "Terrorism", etc. have been re-defined into covering both the assault and battery end of the spectrum. You can commit terrorism without actually killing anyone for instance. So it seems both those that may appear to fit the definition loosely without having committed a specific act are now included within that definition.

Yes you can do lots of things besides killing someone, the point however was is that so many things are not 'terrorism' yet is stamped as such.
We have sided with terrorists ourselves, does that make us terrorists?

What do you think? Can you equate our help of the mujahideen to defeat the USSR with Iran's help of terrorist organizations who's dream is to see Israel disappear? I'm sure for guerilla the answer would be yes, what about you?

I was thinking more along the lines of a more recent group, such as
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kurdistan_Workers_Party

It's funny how one mans terrorist is anothers freedom fighter, much like our very own minutemen.

This is true, alot of whether or not you call a group a terrorist group depends on how much you can sympathize with them.
The problem with most Arab terrorist organizations though, is that they seem so unwilling to compromise to end the violence. Alot of this probably comes from the fact that they are some of the most "religiously devout" people in the world. When you believe in a God as seriously as they do, and that you are carrying out his will, and that he has your back, why would you want to compromise? The only acceptable outcome is them is to crush the infidel.
So maybe part of the criteria between freedom fighter and terrorist is willingness to reach agreement and end the violence. I don't think the IRA is still very active are they? Maybe they are more worthy of the title "freedom fighters"?

Those guys were drunken terrorists. They were even more incompetent than the Islamofascists.

Luckily, there were eventually bribed with promises of government jobs and it appears that they have finally given up their stupid war.

The Islamofascists are an interesting case of linguistic gymnastics. They are "anti freedom fighters." Their goal is to destroy freedom and force adherence to the strictures of an ancient cult.

The problem Westerners have with finding a name for these assholes is that almost everyone is too politically correct to call them anything with the word "Islam" or "Muslim" in it. So, instead, we have the effectively meaningless word "terrorist."

At least "terrorist" isn't prima facie untrue, as "freedom fighter" clearly is in this instance.

there is a big interest in defining the word "terrorism" and who can be considered a terrorist, as if there is no definition for the word already,

USA and Israel are two big terrorists who practice state terrorism mostly against weak people, it takes many shapes not only "explosions" and in most cases the victim will reply even though there is no comparison in the power of the two, like when a rape victim uses her finger nails to defend herself against a strong rapist with a knife, while people watch her without doing anything, except saying words of sorrow, people too will defend themselves with whatever is possible, what is sick is when those people who watch the raping without doing anything - shout "terrorist" at the victim when the victim tries to defend herself with finger nails.

a criminal is a terrorist in the eyes of the victim and the policeman is also a terrorist in the eyes of the criminal, in my opinion I believe every Muslim should be a terrorist, but without going to the criminals level in harming innocents.

Well, at least it's good to know where everyone stands.

Are you ready to be fitted with your bomb vest?
